Effective August 25, 2026

Service

RingReclaim provides missed-call recovery, messaging automation, lead qualification, notifications, and related software tools for service businesses. Features may change as the service develops.

Customer responsibilities

Customers are responsible for using RingReclaim lawfully, maintaining accurate account and business information, and obtaining any permissions or consents required for communications they initiate through the service. Customers must not use RingReclaim to send unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or unsolicited messages.

SMS terms

When a recipient affirmatively opts in to SMS follow-up, messages may include missed-call follow-up, service-request questions, qualification, scheduling or appointment information, and related informational communications. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help. SMS consent is optional and is not required to purchase goods or services.

Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed according to the plan and billing interval shown at checkout. Taxes, usage charges, carrier fees, or third-party communications charges may apply where disclosed. Customers may manage eligible subscriptions through the billing tools provided in the service.

Availability and third-party services

RingReclaim depends on third-party telecommunications, hosting, database, payment, and AI services. We do not guarantee uninterrupted delivery or that every call, message, lead, or estimated opportunity will produce a business result.

Acceptable use and suspension

We may limit or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect users, comply with law or carrier requirements, address security risks, prevent abuse, or respond to nonpayment.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of RingReclaim after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms to the extent permitted by law.
